SWITCHING SHELF CARD FILE clei The Switching Shelf Cardfile is a 19 rackmount shelf which is composed of 8 Dual Switching Card slots, 8 Dual Receiver Card slots, and one Termination Card slot. The minimum configuration is one Termination, one Dual Receiver, and one Dual Switching Card. The Dual Receiver and Dual Switching Card slots are associated and always go in pairs. The shelf is scalable from one Dual Receiver/Switching Card to 8 Dual Receiver/Switching Cards in increments of one. One Switching Shelf Cardfile implements a complete 7470 ATM switching matrix (12.8 Gbps): if fabric redundancy is required a second Switching Shelf Cardfile is required. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label.

DRX-1310 clei The Dual Receiver Card can terminate the received interface of up to two 800 Mbps ISL links. One to eight Dual Receiver Cards can be installed in the Switching Shelf Cardfile for a total throughput of 12.8Gbps. This card is identical to the 90-2183-01 except with 1310 Nm optics. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label.

HS FIC-1310 FOR OC12-STM4-2 clei The Dual Fabric Interface Card (FIC) for the OC12-2 provides interconnection of high speed interface cards installed in a High Speed Peripheral Shelf (HSPS) to a 7470 Switching Shelf through standard 1310 Nm Inter-shelf Links (ISLs). Each FIC terminates up to two ISLs and is used to interface to one of the redundant switching fabrics. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label.

H/S PERIPHERAL SHELF CARD FILE clei Cardfile designed for 19 rack. It is used for high speed interface cards and Dual Fabric Interface Cards (FIC). Each High Speed Peripheral Shelf is functionally divided into four sub-units, each comprised of two full height interface card slots and two 1/2 height FIC slots. Each sub-unit can support the two interface slots as either independent cards or as a redundant pair, with redundant fabric operation in both cases. Each FIC terminates up to two ISLs and is used to interface to one of the redundant switching fabrics. Two FICs must be installed in each independent sub-unit of the HSPS to provide fabric redundancy. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label. Requires 90-9165-01 for EU EMI Compliance.

E1 CE 75 OHM 8 PORT CARD The 8 Port E1 Circuit Emulation Card with 75 ohm interface impedance multiplexes and demultiplexes the circuits carried over a TDM channelized link and performs the necessary operations to allow the transport of these circuits through an ATM network. This card supports both structured and unstructured service as defined by the ATM Forum. This card is not certified for use with the CE-EC echo cancellation modules. Use the 120 ohm 8-port CE card with the CE-EC modules.

MAU T1/E1 WIRE WRAP The T1/E1 Wire Wrap MAU provides a wire wrap connector for the 7470 multi-port T1/E1 cards. It attaches to the rear I/O connectors of the Peripheral Shelf. As of August 1 2007 the WW MAU can not be sold in countries which require compliance to EN55022:1998 or CISPR22:1997 as these specifications include requirements for conducted emissions on telecommunication ports. The recommended replacement part is the AMP Champ MAU: 90-2542-01 MAU, T1/E1I AMP/CHAMP and 90-2542-04 MAU, T1/E1 AMP/CHAMP.
