The OC3-2 XLR UNI/NNI Card with CPU-2 is an ATM interface card operating at the SONET OC3 rate of 155 Mbps, with 32k cell buffering per card. The transmit and receive wavelength of the XLR card is 1550 nm and supports up to 10km of fiber. The OC3-2 XLR is a single port card compliant to the requirements of the ATM Forum UNI Specification (Version 3.1) and the ATM Forum B-ICI Specification (Version 2.0). Requires a minimum of Release 3.1 for operational support. This card is designed to accept the optional Multi-Service Traffic Shaping Module (MTSM, 90-4724-01) which when installed, provides enhanced traffic management features. This card variant is shipped with R4.3 S/W.

The Extended ISL (X-ISL) Dual Switching Card is a scalable cell switching fabric card which provides the transmit interface for two 800 Mbps X-ISL links. The X-ISL Dual Receiver Card terminates the two corresponding X-ISL link receive interfaces. One to eight Dual Switching shelf to support from 1.6 Gbps to 12.8 Gbps fabric capacity. This E3 card provides 4.5K connections per port, larger buffers, more service categories, substantially higher call processing capabilities and a Traffic Shaping Module position for support of the optional enhaned traffic management features. The Multi-Service Traffic Shaping Module(MTSM) can be ordered as 90-4724-01. The enhanced Traffic Management (eTM) module can be ordered as 90-7695-01. TEST MODULE The Test Module is an add on module for the existing Test Card (90-1235-01) providing these functions: Analog and Digital Tone Test, Bit Error Rate Test, Bit Errors Insertion, Round Trip Delay Measur ement and DDS Signaling Test.

TEST CARD The Test Card provides metallic test access (Monitor <(>&<)> Split) to the customer loop on 3600 channel units. Test ac cess jacks are provided for the metallic test bus. Contains a DS0 interface for OCU-DP testing, with test access jacks and 5 pin connectors clock for Tx/Rx. Plugs into any UCS.

TERMINATION CARD clei The Termination Card is used to terminate the high speed signals on the backplane of the Switching Shelf Cardfile.
