H/S PERIPHERAL SHELF FRONT COVER The High Speed Peripheral Shelf front cover is an optional assembly for the High Speed Peripheral Shelf (90-2291-01). It is required for European Union EMC Class B compliance. (Note that Class B compliance is normally required for locations which are other than telecommunications centre ; if the location is a telecommunications centre, then the HSPS front cover may not be required.) The H/S Peripheral Shelf front cover is field installable, and the kit consists of mounting brackets, shelf cover and instructions for installation. The cover is perforated to allow all LEDs to be visible through the perforations. Locking clips at the top of the cover allow the cover to be removed to enable access to the OC12 line cards and FICs.

INTERNAL RING GENERATOR CBL KIT This cable kit is required when connecting 90-5946-01 (Ring Generator PSU) internally in a MainStreet Power Tray (90-3669-xx). This kit is intended for the following revisions of power tray; 90-3669-03/K, 90-3669-11/B and 90-3669-12/B. The MainStreet power tray has been updated to incorporate new functionality and the new cable kit is required.

ISDN CABLE This cable assembly is used to connect 90-9244-01 DUAL E1 CARD 3 (75 OHM), and 90-9244-02 DUAL E1 CARD 3 (120 OHM) with the distribution panel. The part number for the distribution panel is; 90-2635-02 DUAL E1 CARD 3 DISTRIBUTION PANEL. The cable and distribution panel together provide a means to connect the Dual E1 card circuits to external equipment.

MRD MODULE Single manual ringdown module for end-to-end network connections interfacing to North American voice terminal equipment with TLP's for receive and transmit of 0 to -15DB; module operates as end station interface using manually controlled ringing.

OC3-2M SFP W/CPU-2 CLEI This card may be used in 7470 MSP R6.0 - R9.1 or 7670 ESE R2.2 - R5.X systems. The OC3-2M SFP UNI/NNI Card with CPU-2 is an ATM interface card operating at the SONET OC3 rate of 155 Mbps, with 32k cell buffering per card. The OC3-2M SFP is a single port card compliant to the requirements of the ATM Forum UNI Specification (Version 3.1) and the ATM Forum B-ICI Specification (Version 2.0). The card is shipped without the optical physical interface and requires one of the following parts to be installed before the card is functional: 90-9764-01 (OC3/STM1 MMF SFP), 90-9764-02 (OC3/STM1 IR SFP) or 90-9764-03 (OC3/STM1 LR SFP). Note that the full set of SFP functions are only available in 7470 MSP R9.1 or 7670 ESE R5.1; in earlier releases the cards operate in 'transparency mode' and do not have access to the full set of SFP functions. One of the following adaptor cables must also be ordered, depending on the physical connector type required: 90-9771-01 (SINGLE MODE LC TO SC CONVERSION CABLE), 90-9771-02 (SINGLE MODE LC TO FC CONVERSION CABLE) or 90-9771-03 (MULTIMODE LC TO SC CONVERSION CABLE).
