DUAL MAU This Dual MAU provides redundancy connectivity between adjacent pairs of redundant Call Processing cards. This Dual MAU is mandatory if Call Processing 1+1 hot redundancy is to be used on the Call Processing cards, available in R4.0 and later. The Dual MAU is not required (for either warm or hot redundancy) with the Integrated CallP/PNNI system configuration. The IP Services Card (ISC - 90-6184-xx) uses the same Dual MAU. The Dual MAU is mandatory to interconnect two adjacent ISC's running in 1+1 Redundancy mode, available in R4.2 and later. If the MAU is missing, the working card becomes active and the secondary ISC card is neither active nor providing redundancy.

DUAL SHELF CABLE 4FT This cable assembly is required when configuring redundant Switching Shelves. Included is one cable assembly (4 ft).

DUAL SHELF CABLE 8UCS This assembly includes all the components required to interconnect two 8 UCS Single Shelves (90-0010-04/05/07/10) in a redundant capacity (i.e. two sets of Upper and Lower Balance Transceiver cards and four intershelf cables). This assembly can also be used for 6 UCS Single Shelf applications when the Dual Shelf Cable Assy Adaptor (90-1064-01) is also used. The 90-0090- 02 assembly can be used in non-redundant 8 UCS applications or as replacement parts for the 90-0090-05 assembly.

DUAL T1 1.544 MBPS CARD clei This card provides two 1.544 Mbps T1 digital trunk interfaces. Used to compress 44 voice channels to a single T1 link when equipped with the Voice Compression Module (90-0566-01). Requires one T1 LIM (90-0567-01) for each T1 interface connection to a T1 channel service unit. Also supports one CSU-2 Module (90-0161-02) for each T1 interface connection directly to a carrier's T-1 lines when using Generic 1115 or greater. Supports one Timeslot 24 Signalling Module (90-1668-01) to provide a dedicated timeslot for passing signalling when using Generic 1115 or greater. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label.

E&M (6) ZCO (8-7/1-14)A This card consists of six E<(>&<)>M interface circuits software configurable for 2 wire (ZCO) or 4 wire (600 ohms) transmission. Type V signalling and A-law voice companding are supported. This card also includes modified gain selections supported by generic 1113 or greater.

E&M 2/4W CHANNEL UNIT-2 The E<(>&<)> M, 2/4W Channel Unit provides an interface of 600 ohms or 900 ohms to the 3600/3645 system and 2 and 4-wire E<(>&<)>M special service circuits. Operates as Type I, II and III signalling and Pulse Link Repeater (PLR). Attenuation range in 0.1dB steps. 4W Tx/Rx levels +7 to -16dBm, 2W Tx TLP levels of 0 to -12dB and Rx TLP levels of +6 to -10 dB. Requires 3600 equipped with Common Carrier Card (90-1234-01). Similar to 90-1230-01 but features revised. Tip and ring pinouts (while operating in 2-wire mode) and revised signalling pair access through the Test Card (90-1235-01-xx).

E&M CARD TYPE 1 (6 CCT)

E-3 I/F CARD E118.0 This card supports one E-3 (34Mb/s) interface. It is located in the High Speed Periheral Shelf-2 (90-0652-02). It may be configured in non-redundant and redundant configurations (ie. with another card). Provides electrical (metallic) E-3 interface or an optional fibre optic interface using the Fibre Interface Card-2 (90-2866-01). Requires a 3600 Switching Shelf Generic C118.0 equipped with a High Speed Peripheral Shelf-2 (90-0652-02).

E1 120 4P VOICEBAND SERVICES CARD (VSC) The Voiceband Services Card (VSC) terminates TDM channels at its 120 ohm E1 ports, and provides features including speech compression, silence removal, and fax demodulation to adapt these TDM channels to transport over an ATM network. The VSC requires a minimum of one (typical applications require three) and a maximum of three DSP1 transport modules as per 90-4654-02. Fits 7470. This assembly contains a Telcordia CLEI (Common Language Equipment Identifier) label.
